Programme Overview

The third instalment of the Singapore Accountancy and Audit Convention (SAAC) Series aims to address the 4th Industrial Revolution, characterised by the union between digital and physical technologies, which transforms not only our way of lives, but also the way businesses operate in the commercial world, especially the role of accountants as finance is the heart of all businesses.

As Singapore envisions to develop into the leading accountancy hub for business and finance in the Asia-Pacific region, it has seen strong demands for accounting services and expertise with over 55,000 accountancy professionals employed in the sector. Hence, to further expose our Singapore and regional accounting profession to more technology solutions, ISCA is bringing to the profession, an inaugural technology conference to delve deeper into how technology has changed the business landscape, and how it has affected the role of an accountant.

The programme line-up will consist of a morning plenary session where leaders in their respective fields share on their personal journey on how technology has propelled the growth of their businesses through an engaging fireside chat and panel discussion. In the afternoon, there will be two parallel tracks where content experts will shed light on the topics such as AI, Data Analytics, RPA and Cyber Security. The conference will also encompass a technology showcase and Tech Talk arena, housing demonstrations of various solutions and tools for finance professionals to explore.
