Programme Objective
 
This one-day workshop is specially designed for participants to enhance effectiveness at work, beat work overload and achieve more for a win-win personal and organizational outcome.

The participants will work individually and in groups on practical exercises, group discussions and short presentations applying simple practical techniques that will help them develop skills and mindset to better manage time, work smarter, avoid procrastinations and set achievable goals for success.

The program will be highly exponential in nature with sharing of real-life work and personal experiences and the opportunity to reflect.

Over 25 years of working in Asia and Europe, Celina Gan has accumulated a vast experience and know-how in working, training and coaching participants from different cultures, work backgrounds and across languages. Celina trains in Europe, Middle East and Asia, working with leading MNCs, the civil service and educational institutions. She is also a trainer, coach and assessor in the International Business Program at Regent’s University London, addressing ability for leadership, team building, team bonding and communication skills.
 
Prior to becoming a full time trainer, facilitator and coach, Celina worked in the healthcare and legal industries. In 2012, Celina moved into full time training after discovering that her true passion lies in training.
