Therefore, the ability to analyse our audience, then organise and structure our data quickly, then be able to present our ideas efficiently, effectively and in an engaging manner is a CORE skill for ALL.
 
Simple TOOLS, TECHNIQUES and TEMPLATES will be used on how to get clarity on your audience and message so that your customised presentation is both LOGICAL & ENGAGING

Programme Outline

INITIAL PRESENTATIONS (Videotaped)

Objective: For trainer to gauge participants’ skill level and allow participants to know own strengths and areas to improve when presenting. Each pax will be video-taped.

Objective: To be able to organize and structure text for clarity and conciseness, to suit audience and occasion – ENGAGE the mind of audience and increase EFFECTIVENESS of message.

Plan the Content using LOA CENTRESG TEMPLATE- Participants will be exposed to concepts of:

VISUAL AIDS
Objective: To know speed way of converting data from text template to slides; know the dos and don’ts of using visual aids
  • From Outline to Slides

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION
Objective: To use non-verbal communication to add impact to presentations; to appeal to a wide range of audiences – to become a more ENGAGING presenter 
  • Each module has trainer demonstration; practice and peer coaching sessions for

  • Gestures
  • Eye Contact
  • Posture

 
FINAL PRESENTATIONS – Videotaped
Objective: to integrate all skills learnt in a presentation with immediate feedback with videotaping of each presentation

FINAL PRESENTATIONS – FEEDBACK

  • Compare & Contrast Day & Day 2 Video Clips
 

Training Methodology
The workshop is highly interactive with plenty of opportunities for hands-on practice, coaching and feedback. The workshop facilitator will also show video clips of exemplar presenters. Participants will also be videotaped and individual FEEDBACK will be provided for use during and post workshop.
 
Participants are required to bring their fully charged laptop on Day 2 for hands-on exercises (optional on Day 1).

Roshini has been in the corporate training business for over 13 years.  In that time she has trained in over 10 countries (including United States, Australia, China, India, Japan, Mozambique & Dubai)  skilling people in the areas of business presentations, customer service, NLP, emotional intelligence, and communication.

The Industries she has had experience working with include: Banks & Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, IT, Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Petrochemical Industries and government agencies. In terms of the profile of participants she has trained, they include employees ranging from MBA Students and interns, to senior managers & senior lecturers to associate professors and Heads of Businesses.

In addition to being a certified facilitator in Law of Attraction (Michael J Losier), Master Practitioner in NLP (Australasian Institute of NLP), certified trainer in EQ (6 Seconds), accredited trainer in Think On Your Feet® (Ken Everett International), she has also been instructed in the group facilitation process of Open Space Technology, and completed a 3-day session on Interactive Training Strategies by the renowned Dr Thiagi of The Thiagi Group Inc.

Roshini is also a member of the Asian Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS) and has won top awards in speaking contests organized by Toastmaster International here in Singapore and in Malaysia. Having lived and studied in the United Kingdom and United States Roshini, currently resides in the vibrant city of Singapore with her husband and 9-year old son, who is a presenter-in–the-making, and future rock star.  Much to her delight!
