Programme Outline

The ability to work successfully and accomplish goals are all dependent on the ability to manage  time. For organizations to get leaner and more efficient, they need to understand time management on an individual level and create ways to initiate time-driven action.

Setting, communicating and managing goals is paramount for employee performance – with organizations needing to do more with less, leveraging the innate factors that motivate each employee equates to a clearer focus, strength-based action and a clear map for achievement and growth.

This program highlights the diverse thinking and behavioral tendencies that affect how goals are made, and more importantly, how they are executed successfully. For time management  to become an active, driving approach to work, it is not just about scheduling, writing down appointments or setting reminders. It is about channeling each person’s distinctive approach to time that provides them with the greatest capacity for successful execution.

By the end of the workshop participants will develop knowledge and tactics to:

  • know or identify  their biggest time wasters
  • learn the distinctive perspectives of time from all parts of the thinking and behavioral spectrum
