Programme Objective
Creating an effective budget can be a daunting task. It is more than just a number crunching exercise. In today’s dynamic business environment, budgeting process is more robust than just putting numbers together. Other than determining how much to spend on various expenses, you must be able to defend your budget. You need to get the buy in from various stakeholders, making sure those goals are aligned to the organisation’s strategic priorities.

A meaningful budget can be a good performance measurement tool.
