Programme ObjectiveDesign Thinking enables participants to develop and deliver innovative ideas, change and solutions to complex problems. It is an activity-based process with a strong emphasis on teamwork and co-creation.Accountants will learn how to use the Design Thinking tools to identify their stakeholders, use the inquiry approach to learn more about their customers (i.e. one of their stakeholders) and to propose solutions that are aligned with the needs of their customers.
