Programme Objective
An overview of the M&A process including the role of due diligence from both the buyer and seller perspective;Financial due diligence and its differences with agreed upon procedures;Scope of an FDD (Understanding of business, Quality of earnings, Normative working capital and Net debt);Conducting an FDD (Data collection, Analysis, Q&A, Report);Understanding the issues from a FDD findings and how their implications on price, SPA negotiation, and post-merger integration.Pre-requisite: Participants without foundation knowledge on M&A are strongly encouraged to go through the e-learning module (BF003i: Mergers and Acquisitions (1.5 CPE Hour))Training MethodologyLecture and workshopClosing Date for Registration1 week before programme or until full enrolment
