Programme Objective

This e-learning course will guide you, with hands-on practice, through the process of building and integrating a three-statement financial model. The constructed model will then be used to project the financials of a business and applied in the context of valuing the enterprise. Finally, valuation risk will be assessed through the use of scenario and sensitivity analyses. This course will acquaint you with the best practices of financial modelling and an Excel toolkit curated for accountants to improve spreadsheet productivity.

A basic understanding of financial statement and time value of money concepts is assumed and prior knowledge of valuation, while not necessary, can be helpful.
