Overview

Conflict is natural and inevitable when people work together. When conflict is handled poorly, it undermines team morale and effectiveness. But when conflict is managed well, it can result in stronger relationships and higher-performing teams and individuals. Participants will learn how to manage and resolve conflict to increase the positive effects and reduce the negative effects.
