Programme Objective

One of the few certainties in life is the need to change.  Change has always been with us but the pace of change has never been as fast as it is in our modern life. These changes are reflected in our organizations where constant change has become the norm. All levels of staff will have to become proactive in coping with these changes which will affect the very culture and structure of the organization.  In order to survive, the organization must be readily adaptable and responsive to change.  However despite the potential positive outcomes, change is often resisted at both the personal and organizational level. This programme aims to enable participants to successfully understand and facilitate change.

At the End of This Programme Participants will be able to:

  • Understand the Current forces of Change
  • Appreciate the Opportunities and Benefits in Change
