Programme Objective

One of the few certainties in life is the need to change.  Change has always been with us but the pace of change has never been as fast as it is in our modern life. These changes are reflected in our organizations where constant change has become the norm. All levels of staff will have to become proactive in coping with these changes which will affect the very culture and structure of the organization.  In order to survive, the organization must be readily adaptable and responsive to change.  However despite the potential positive outcomes, change is often resisted at both the personal and organizational level. This programme aims to enable participants to successfully understand and facilitate change.

She has spent 9 years in HR consultancy and 6 years as a strategic talent management business partner. Kathryn is widely recognized for her expertise in driving performance management and has also spent 20 years as a Sales Director in Manufacturing and Advertising, making her well-versed in business development.

 

Kathryn has experience in managing the full spectrum of Talent Management, from culture induction to organization development, goal and performance management, change management, development and engagement programs, succession planning, and more. She has a strong focus on aligning people with business goals in culture transformation efforts and has built partnerships with international facilitators in APAC, the U.S., and Zurich to ensure successful global program implementation and foster organizational growth.
