Programme Objective

You are working in a stressful world of massive disruption, climate emergency, ageing population and various geopolitical issues. There are Covid-19 pandemic, technological disruption and jobs uncertainty. Are you leading your team mindfully or mindlessly?

With mindfulness practice, you can manage your stress and anxiety levels, commonly experienced living in the city, better. It helps to identify the warning signals before they implode. You respond to the ups and downs rather than to reacting to them immediately.
You will begin to count your blessings and think more meaningfully to events that cause you distress. Mindfulness enables you to understand the inner workings of your mind and the patterns it creates. It helps you to lead with presence and awareness. in a non-judgment way.

In this workshop, there is a combination of guided meditation practices and exercises. The end result is: you are kinder to yourself instead of being a self-critical leader. There are evidences that practicing mindfulness increases your positive moods while cultivating compassion for both yourself and others. Concurrently, it reduces anxiety, stress and mood swings.
