        • Use of sales commissions  
        • Changing selling price
        • Offering trade discounts
        • Use of promotional trade rebates
 
 4.   Building in hidden costs 
 
 5.  Additional costs in longer-term business development investments  
        • Time value of money  
        • Holistic approach in identifying other costs

Participants are required to bring along their calculator for hands-on exercises.

  • Trainings will be conducted on Zoom platform, thus video camera and microphone are compulsory
