Programme Objective

The government is often one of the biggest buyers in the country. With the spending comes opportunities for businesses. Often, in a competitive and open economy like Singapore’s, suppliers adopt aggressive means to secure a pie of this business.

It is therefore imperative that procurement officers uphold strong ethical standards. This ensures that government procurement remains transparent and provides level playing field for all suppliers.
