  • What are the types of relief granted to the different types of contracts and the legal implications?
  • How can disputes be settled and negotiated?

  • Event contract - what are your contractual obligations?
  • Other legal obligations in supply and construction contracts - what reliefs can be obtained?
  • Reliefs granted for hire-purchase agreement and conditional sales agreement
  • A lease or licence of non-residential immoveable property - how it should be handled pursuant to the Act?
  • The dispute settling mechanism pursuant to the Act?
  • What are the types of relief, granted under the Act to Companies and or individuals, who are not able to perform their obligations?
  • Role of the Assessor and the dispute settling mechanism
  • Case studies and discussions
