Module 2: Structure And Customise Your Presentation To The Specific Audience

  • Understanding and adapting to 4 Different Communication Preferences
  • Develop presentation content using an audience profile
  • What the audience want and don’t want
  • 6 “Cs” of a good communicator
  • Getting Started: 5 questions to consider before presenting any message
  • Begin with the goal in mind
     

Module 3: Connect with Your Audience

  • 3 Vs in communication
  • Connect with the audience through impactful stories, metaphors, graphics and visuals
  • Manage discussions and audience participation
  • Effectively handle Q&A
     

Module 4: Non-Verbal: Charisma, Dynamism and Confidence Through Body Language

  • Enhance your body gestures, facial expression, eye contact and posture
  • Look the part and dress the part
     

Module 5: Verbal: Pauses and Vocal Variety to Project Power, Confidence and Energy

  • Control your vocal variety through: Pace, Pitch, Pause & Power
  • Use the power of pauses, and how to inject emotions into your words and voice tonality to influence and persuade the audience


Module 6: Making You the Star

  • Apply the “Power of 3” rule in organizing content
  • Maximize the “10 second” rule in visuals
  • Make use of rehearsal techniques & visualization
  • 10 tips to project authority


Module 7: Making the Audience the Star

  • Individual Delivery

Pre-requisites

Please take note of the following admission requirements:

  • Trainings will be conducted on Zoom platform, thus video camera and microphone are compulsory
  • Mandatory for video camera to be turned on throughout the course
  • Display your official name (as per NRIC) in Zoom, to facilitate attendance taking

A host of impactful participatory learning activities (through individual presentations, videos and group discussions) will be used during this workshop to empower you to deliver effective and memorable presentations.

As a regional and international management consultant, Nisha provides marketing and management consultations to develop global strategies and roadmaps to establish strong positioning.
