Dr Nisha is a renowned and sought-after professional speaker on international stage. She is an established global keynote speaker, subject matter expert and panelist at major events including the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, Asian Development Bank, Dubai Expo, ITB Messe Berlin, World Travel Mart, Africa.
A TedX speaker, Nisha is highly regarded for her energetic, engaging, and inspiring speaking style. To further hone her speaking and presentation skills, Nisha holds a professional speaking qualification, certified by the renowned Speakers Institute (Australia) and is part of the Speakers Tribe global community. She has also undertaken professional speaking courses under the guidance of world-renowned gurus such as Les Brown, Sam Cawthorn, Kane Minkus and Lisa Nichols. Nisha is also the host of her own podcast platform, Women We Watch in Tourism, the first of its kind, featuring global women leaders and their achievements.
As a regional and international management consultant, Nisha provides marketing and management consultations to develop global strategies and roadmaps to establish strong positioning. Her consultancy expertise includes undertaking detailed feasibility studies, gathering market intelligence, data collection and analysis, facilitating ground up discussions with relevant stakeholder agencies, designing long-term strategic plans and benchmarks and developing implementation processes. She has accumulated experience as an established consultant with the Western Cape Government (South Africa), Tourism Council of Bhutan and with service organisations in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Nisha has trained and coached staff from international, regional and national public and private organisations and in industries ranging from hospitality and tourism, healthcare, banks and financial institutions, utilities providers, telecommunication, military and regulatory boards, Immigration and Airports, retail companies and academic institutions. Nisha has provided training for Excellence Service Award (EXSA) winners from the service industry and the Customer Service Professional (CSP) course, accredited by the WDA. She has provided service excellence training for call center staff from the banking and financial institutions, healthcare, telecommunication and public sector organisations.
Nisha is accredited by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS U.K) to conduct customer service coaching programs and is also a Certified MBTI, DISC and STRONG Administrator with Asianic Psychological Press, Australia and Behavioural Coach. She is also licensed by Etiquette Survival Group (U.S) to conduct Social and Business Etiquette. Her wide training exposure in diverse fields provides her with a unique advantage to transfer best practices and service standards across these industries. Nisha holds a PhD from Australia, MBA from NTU and BA from NUS. She is a qualified trainer and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
