Tough problems -solving requires the ability to define the true problem, analyse the possible causes, create options, select the most feasible option and then implement it. A systematic approach will give you the techniques to resolve the problem in a creative way.
 
This one-day creative thinking workshop should help participants enhance their skills to find sustainable solutions and learn new ways to approach problem solving to reach win-win decisions.
 
Its key objectives are to:

  • Identify problems using appropriate tools and techniques

Pre-requisites

Please take note of the following admission requirements:

  • Trainings will be conducted on Zoom platform, thus video camera and microphone are compulsory
  • Mandatory for video camera to be turned on throughout the course
  • Display your official name (as per NRIC) in Zoom, to facilitate attendance taking


Training Methodology
 
The approach to delivering the workshop is hands-on and skill-based throughout. The learning environment is highly interactive between the workshop leader and participants, and among the participants themselves. Peer learning from sharing experiences will be strongly encouraged. Learning methods include facilitator’s short input, group exercises and feedback, self-assessments, brainstorming, role plays and case studies related to real life applications.
