Programme Objective

PivotTable is a powerful tool in Excel that summarizes and reorganizes selected columns and rows of data in a spreadsheet or database table to obtain a desired report. Pivot tables are especially useful with large amounts of data that would be time-consuming to calculate by hand. You can use PivotTable to count, sum, average data, then arrange your data in a simple, meaningful layout that draws attention to key values.

This workshop will equip the participants with the essential skills to create dynamic PivotTable and PivotChart reports, change the report layouts and formats, filter, sort, summarize raw data as well as build up interactive and informative reports.
