Programme Objective

This course is intended to refresh participants knowledge on how to manage a firm’s day-to-day cash and liquidity as well as identify and manage the financial risks it faces. It is centred around a case study where Branda, recently hired as a Financial Controller, was tasked to address certain concerns raised by her superior about the firm’s ability to maintain its solvency, and how she is able to apply the concepts covered in this module.
