Programme Objective

This e-learning course will provide an overview of whistleblowing and help learners exercise professional judgment and/or obligations of when to whistleblow in a multitude of business scenarios upon understanding the issues and laws surrounding whistleblowing. A brief comparison of whistleblowing related laws will also be made among Singapore, the US and the UK. The course will also illustrate how whistleblowing can help organizations enhance corporate governance with suggested examples of whistleblowing policies.
