Programme Objective
The accounting sector is commonly plagued by voluminous work, manual and repetitive processes. Accounting practices are also under pressure to cut overhead costs in these trying times. To address these concerns, RPA can be used.
The course will equip participants with the basics of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and how to evaluate internal processes for automation. The course will also equip participants to automate their own work processes using a RPA software.

1. Participants to bring their own laptop that is downloaded with the RPA software emailed by ISCA, has Outlook application and Microsoft excel.
2. Laptops should have at least windows OS, i5, 8 gig RAM and have access to internet and browser.

NTUC members enjoy 50% *unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees, for courses attended between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2025.

He is also part of the RPA Team at SB and has supervised various RPA and accounting technology projects. He previously worked as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse Singapore.
Tang Kah Heong
Kah Heong is a senior lecturer with SB and has worked as an application consultant, where he implemented enterprise resource planning solution in the areas of financial, purchasing, production, inventory, sales and logistics functions for different organizations. Kah Heong is also the RPA Lead in SB and has conducted numerous RPA training and implemented RPA projects with organisation from across different function and sectors.
Germaine Lim
Germaine Lim is a Chartered Accountant and lecturer. She teaches various auditing and accounting modules in SB. She previously worked as an auditor with EY Singapore. She is also part of the RPA Team at SB and has supervised RPA projects.
