Introduction

ISCA has established the ISCA Support Fund to support businesses, to sustain livelihoods of accountancy professionals and to safeguard professional credentials. This support scheme is a unique and holistic set of initiatives aimed to help small and medium-sized practices (SMPs) and accountancy professionals make deeper and more strategic shifts so that the profession can emerge stronger and seize the opportunities arising in the New Normal. The ISCA Support Fund for SMPs goes towards accelerating the digital transformation and upskilling efforts of SMPs, as well as provide working capital to SMPs affected by the pandemic.

This virtual Tech Fair focuses on capability upgrading through the acceleration of digital transformation with the list of curated digital solutions under the ISCA Support Fund. Curated telecommuting solutions will support work-from-home and advisory tools such as digital analytics software will enable SMPs to offer new value-add services.

Programme Objective

The objective of this ISCA Support Fund Tech Fair is to help interested applicants for the Support Fund understand the features and benefits of the curated digital solutions. These solutions are eligible for 70% funding under the ISCA Support Fund. Participants will be able to view demo videos to learn of the functionalities of each digital solution and interact with vendors at their respective exhibition booths. Through the Tech Fair, participants will be able to see which tools are suitable for their practice and decide on the digital solutions to adopt, and enjoy funding support under the ISCA Support Fund.

Intended For

This virtual Tech Fair is intended for small and medium-sized audit firms (SMPs) who wish to apply for the ISCA Support Fund. It is specifically intended for SMPs who wish to build digital capabilities with funding assistance to offset cost of adopted digital solutions specially curated under the Support Fund. This initiative will enable SMPs to work remotely, boost productivity and may potentially offer new value-add services.
