Programme Objective
 
This course is designed for participants with no prior coding experience. Python for Accountancy Students – Basic is designed to provide students with a solid foundation about the fundamentals of Python syntax and programming concepts. Topics covered include variables, functions, list, loops, dictionaries and more. These would be useful for future Accountancy tasks such as combining of ledgers, filtering of payment data and the automation of other repeated tasks.

This course is also a pre-requisite for WSM008B/WSM008Bi – Introduction to Python for Accountancy Students [Advanced].
