Intended For

Sujith Sivaram, is a SIngapore CPA with over 32 years of experience working in varied industries across different countries in Asia. He leads a local SME Company in the technology field and was instrumental in the company's regional expansion, stellar growth, and a recent acquisition by another multinational corporation.
 
Originally from India, Sujith qualified as a Cost and Works Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants on India. He began his career in the internal audit department of a multi-national textile company. He was fortunate to garner valuable experience in all corporate finance functions working in this company. He then moved to work for a local conglomerate in Indonesia, in their Corporate Development Team. This gave him the exposure of understanding and analysing various businesses that the group was owning or seeking to acquire.
 
He has been based in Singapore for the last 22 years and it was just a decade ago that he decided to pursue his CPA qualification. In addition he has also on his own initiative been taking valuable courses from the worl'ds best universities. it is important to unlearn and relearn in they dynamic environment where our businesses and careers are in , says Sujith. Starting as the Finance Manager in his current company, he rose the ranks of CFO within a couple of years. He has seen the company through many crises yet maintaining it on its growth path. He moved in general management in 2014 and has been heading the company since as ED/MD/CEO. Managing SME's is an art, I am not sure which text book you can refer to for guidance, but I believe my experience are valuable to aspiring managers and I am excited about sharing them, comments Sujith on embarking as a trainer with ISCA.
