Kelvin Song

Kelvin is currently the Head of Corporate Finance & Development of a privately-owned Asian enterprise in the integrated industrial supply chain sector, where he works closely with key stakeholders in the evaluation, structuring and execution of strategic mergers and acquisitions, divestments as well as financing transactions. 

With over 15 years of experience in various roles with corporates, investment banking and accounting firms, he has led or been involved in corporate finance and corporate restructuring activities across a wide spectrum of industries in public and private markets.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA). He has been awarded the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) by Institute for Adult Learning (IAL).
