2.    Structure and contents of financial statements

  • Transaction with shareholders 
  • Disclosure of accounting policies

3.    FRS 10 Events after the Reporting Period

  • Adjusting events
  • Non-adjusting events
  • Treatment of dividends
  • Going concern


4.    Discuss common errors noted in financial statements and includes examples of presentation and disclosure
