Programme Objective
You can make a difference to our next generation.
The Singapore Polytechnic Accountancy students have built various Robotic Process Automation (RPA) robots for audit, accounting, tax and corporate secretarial processes as part of their Final Year Projects. Some of these students, like the Ambassadors of ISCA Cares, are from financially vulnerable families. The students would like to provide these RPA bots for free to support Small and Medium-sized Practices (SMPs) in automating their processes and contribute towards the building of the RPA community in Singapore.
Get the bots and pay it forward. Donate to ISCA Cares when you register for this complimentary session. You can learn how to automate your firm’s timesheet process through deployment of RPA bots at this session and at the same time, create a positive change, by supporting accountancy students in completing their accountancy education with your donation. Let’s help more Singapore youths who aspire to join the accountancy profession, more opportunities to reach their fullest potential.
What can the 2 bots do for SMP firms?
1) Timesheet bot
The bot can help audit firms automate the timesheet process at a click of a button:
- Track late timesheet submissions and send reminders
- Consolidate the hours to track the recoverability of audit fees
- Breakdown the hours by auditor, audit section and engagement
- Build a dashboard for management to analyse the submitted hours
2) Email bot
The bot can help audit firms automate the dissemination of customised emails at the click of a button. This automation can be used for sending seasons' greetings (Christmas, New Year greetings etc), inventory count instructions, audit circulars, employee promotion letters, survey forms and others.
