Programme Objective
Launched in 2016, the ISCA Mentoring Programme is a 9-month programme designed to provide CFO aspirants with access to experienced C-Suite Executives to learn, to network and to grow. Through this one-to-one mentoring programme, mentees can pick up valuable tips on career growth, leadership management skills and stakeholder communication, amongst many other areas of expertise which the mentor could offer. An external mentor can also present a different perspective on work-related challenges and offer plausible advice to serve as a sounding board for ideas and career-related decisions.

Programme Outline
Duration | - The 2022 run will begin in April 2022
- It will run for a period of 9 months

Programme Format | ISCA will conduct 3 sessions for the programme:- Opening session to kickstart the programme, including an introductory session for mentors and mentees
- Mid-point get-together for progress report
- Closing networking session to evaluate the programme
These sessions may be conducted physically or virtually, depending on prevailing safe management guidelines.
11 April 2022 – Virtual- Each mentor will be matched to one mentee according to each party’s suitability and stated objectives during the matching process
- Kick-off ISCA Mentoring Programme 2022 with a virtual get-together session for mentors and mentees to align key objectives and expectations
June/July 2022 – TBC- Mid-point get-together milestone check on progress with mentors and mentees
November/December 2022 – TBC- Closing networking session to gather feedback and evaluate the programme
Throughout the mentorship period- Each mentor and mentee pair can arrange to meet at their own discretion. It is recommended that the pair meets about 6 times over the entire programme period
- After the closing session, the mentor and mentee pair may decide, on their own accord, whether to continue with their mentoring relationship
- All information provided in your application will be strictly confidential and shared only with the successfully matched mentor

Programme Fees | $360.00 (exclusive of GST) for ISCA Members; and $480.00 (exclusive of GST) for Non-Members
*Fees cover all administrative and material costs of the Mentoring Programme and networking sessions (if any), partially funded by ISCA.
