As the regional CISO, Daryl leads the Office of the CISO for Google Cloud in the Asia-Pacific. He partners with Google's clients across Singapore, Australia, India, Japan and other APAC countries, and provides executive sponsorship and guidance to c-suite and senior technology leaders to help them navigate cyber security, risk and regulatory challenges throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle. Daryl has over 25 years experience in solving business-IT problems. He was previously the founding Partner & Head of the Cyber Security Consulting practice at KPMG Singapore from 2011 to 2022. He led a team of 4 partners and 100 professionals focusing on cyber security, IT risk, outsourcing governance, business continuity, cyber laws & tech regulations, and privacy. Prior to KPMG he spent 9 years in investment banking IT in Australia and Singapore leading global functions. In his last role at Deutsche Bank, Daryl was the global lead for the GBIT Program Management Office overseeing governance for €700 million portfolio of projects. Daryl is a Past President of ISACA Singapore, and is currently serving as a Governor at the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore. He is certified as a CISM, CISA, CRISC, and CPA (Australia), and holds a MBA from Manchester Business School and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Canberra.

Lawrence has more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance and investments, specializing in M&A and restructurings, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangements and delisting of public companies, as well as capital fund raising. Prior to founding Sunseap Group, Lawrence held appointments at DBS Bank (Vice President), Macquarie (Vice President) and BNP Paribas (Director).
Lawrence spearheads the group's efforts in capital raising, playing a vital role in raising the requisite funding for the group, and put in place the capital structure required for its Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) projects. These efforts helped set the foundation for the group's subsequent projects. Lawrence also carries with him more than 7 years of venture capital investing in the sustainability space and is a Partner and Director of TRIREC Pte Ltd, a renewable energy venture capital firm that focuses on companies in the de-carbonization arena.
Lawrence was named an honouree of the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2017, an achievement he shares with his Co-Founder, Frank. Lawrence graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with First Class Honours in Accountancy in 2000, and he is both a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore), an ISCA Infrastructure and Project Finance Professional and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr Eric Lim is the Chief Sustainability Officer at UOB. He leads a dedicated corporate sustainability office that is focused on achieving the Bank's sustainability objectives of helping businesses to advance responsibly, steering consumer wealth to sustainable investments and fostering social inclusiveness and environmental well-being.
Concurrently, Eric is also the Head of Group Finance, where he is responsible for the Bank’s core finance functions spanning financial strategy, capital management, regulatory and financial reporting, tax management, business finance and performance management.
Eric holds positions in other key UOB management committees, including Chairperson of the Group Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of the Asset and Liability Committee and the Management Committee, and holds directorships in UOB affiliated companies.
Prior to joining UOB, Eric was Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking Finance, Singapore and Southeast Asia for Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for driving the strategic partnership between the wholesale business and finance teams. During this time, Eric was responsible for the finance functions covering commercial banking, financial markets and investment banking.
Eric began his career with GE Capital where he took on various executive positions in the areas of financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, audit and controllership. He lived and worked in more than 20 countries, with particular focus in the USA and Japan during that time.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Ms Kuldip Gill is the Assistant Chief Executive of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and oversees the Accounting and Compliance Group which supports ACRA in developing a progressive and responsive regulatory regime as the regulator of business registration, financial reporting, public accountants and corporate service providers. This includes the oversight of public accountants and public accounting entities, financial reporting by companies, as well as setting the strategic direction for ACRA’s enforcement efforts over business entities and company directors.
Kuldip leads ACRA’s involvement in the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR), of which ACRA is a member of the IFIAR Board, Global Audit Quality Working Group and Technology Task Force. She also serves as the Chair of the Human Resources and Governance Committee of the IFIAR Board.
Kuldip has more than 30 years’ experience in public accounting in various countries in the region including Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, with extensive experience in the audits of multinational and local companies in a wide spectrum of industries. Prior to joining ACRA, she was a partner in one of the Big-4 firms in Singapore and was responsible for some of the quality aspects of the network firm.

Michael is the head of Listing Policy & Product Admission at Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo), a subsidiary of Singapore Exchange (SGX) that undertakes frontline regulatory functions. He oversees listing policy and rules development and has oversight of the listing admission of securities products, including debt securities, structured products and exchange-traded funds. Michael graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Laws degree and is admitted to the Singapore bar. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS), a Management Committee member of Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) and a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). Michael leads efforts to promote sustainability across stakeholder groups.
