Companies face unique liquidity challenges in the aftermath of COVID. Many are experiencing delayed customer payments and growing bad debt risk, and some are threatened with insolvency. Finance leaders are often in the unenviable position of being held accountable for Days Sales Outstanding (“DSO”) performance when the behaviours which drive late payment occur outside finance and much earlier in the business cycle. In this 2-hour webinar, curated for Finance leaders and accounting professionals, you will learn about the Virtuous Revenue Cycle - the 8 things that ensure you can change your internal culture, shrink DSO and become “first in line to get paid”. You will learn how finance can build a case for change to ensure top-down engagement from the C suite and cross-functional consensus as you adopt a new service-driven culture. This will change the way you approach Accounts Receivable and get the cash in, fast. Case studies and templates will be provided.
