Programme Objective

Developing Excel skills is a powerful way to start analysing data like the professionals do. Excel spreadsheet is one of the most essential tools to any modern Accounting and Finance Professional. This hands-on workshop is designed to provide you with a good grasp of Excel and the ability to collate, organise and analyse data. Mastering this essential skill set allows you to conduct data reporting and simulate data outputs efficiently.

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Learn how to develop a “toolkit” of Excel tips and techniques
  • Learn how to debug formulas and stress test Excel outputs from models
  • Learn how to understand and solve problems within an Excel spreadsheet environment
  • Use with confidence Excel’s keyboard shortcuts to improve their speed and efficiency
  • Develop with confidence Excel formula in order to build robust solutions
  • Learn to format presentation-quality reports quickly and consistently

Training Methodology

This course is a hands-on workshop where participants will get to apply their knowledge with hands-on exercises, guided by the trainer. Participants are required to bring along their laptops, equipped with latest Excel with full installation. Participants should have basic knowledge of Excel.
