Liengseng WEE has 40 years of experience with Paribas, Bankers Trust, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Dragonfly and other management consulting firms. Wee has been a banker, strategy consultant, risk management practitioner and company director. After graduating second in his class from the Wharton School with an MBA with distinction, Wee joined Booz Allen in New York, went on to become a managing director at Bankers Trust in New York, followed by partnership at several consulting firms. Wee was appointed a Senior Fellow of the Wharton School in 2013. The National University of Singapore valedictorian lives and works in both the United States and Singapore.
Currently, Wee is CEO of Dragonfly LLC, which he co-founded in 2000. He is an independent board director of GuocoLand Ltd, The Private Infrastructure Development Group and Mapletree US Logistics Pte Trust. Wee serves on the Advisory Board of NUS Business School and has been an Adjunct Professor of Risk Management at several Universities. His publications include the book “What Every CEO Must Know About Risk”.

Judy LEE is a strategy consultant, risk management expert, and capital markets professional with 30 years of experience. She was a risk management pioneer from the late 80s at Bankers Trust and co-founded Dragonfly LLC in 2000 serving global Fortune 500 clients in risk management and strategy. The New York based firm provides strategy, risk management development and investment advice for boards, CEOs, CFOs, business and risk heads in US, Europe and Asia – covering all sectors, corporates, financials and governments.
Judy LEE co-authored with Lieng-Seng WEE the highly regarded book “RAROC and Risk Management and the articles “Companies Using Control Self Assessment Don’t Really Know Their Risk”, “Integrating Stress Testing with Risk Management”.

Mr Gregory Tan, MA, BA (Hons), BA

Gregory’s experience in public relations spans over three decades and includes being consultant with two of the world's biggest PR consultancies - Burson Marsteller and Ogilvy and Mather Public Relations. He specializes in Strategic Communications and Crisis Management.
He is the past President of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS), as well as the former Chairman for the Federation of ASEAN PR Organisations (FAPRO). He was on several advisory bodies like the Nanyang Technological University (Communications Studies), Guangzhou PR Association, Singapore Hospice Council, and St. Joseph Home. He lectures for Newcastle University, Curtin University and Charles Stuart University of Australia, NUS (Eng & Comms), NTU and Nanyang Polytechnic and lectured for the University of Windsor (Canada) in media training and broadcasting. He is an adjunct lecturer for NTU Wee Kim Wee School of Communications (for the past 14 years), where he lectures in PR and communications to 3rd and 4th year students as well master degree classes.
In 1986 as the Head of Public Relations for Sembawang Shipyard-the region's largest shipyard; which included Sembawang Maritime, Sembawang Bethlehem, Sembawang Construction he helped lead the revamp of the image of the group and create an identity for them. He was also AVP of Public Relations of the United Overseas Bank (UOB) in 1985
Between 1988 and 1994, Gregory was the Corporate Public Relations Manager of the Fraser and Neave Group of companies where he led and handled all local, regional, as well as International Public Relations Communications, Investor Relations, internationalization of the group and Promotions. He helped oversee the merger of F&N with Coca-Cola International. Some of the companies he worked with in the group included, Asia Pacific Breweries (Tiger Beer), Centrepoint Properties, Asia Dairies, CarnaudMetalBox, and International Theme Parks.
Gregory has lectured in Public Relations seminars and workshops in China, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and the region. Topics covered include Strategic Communications, Crisis Communications, Public Relations skills, Internal Communications, Media relations and Training. He also as in-depth experiences in the Banking sector (having worked in United Overseas Bank, Tat Lee Bank), and in the conference and exhibition areas bringing shows like Defence Asia etc.
Was also the Editor of Labels and Labelling Asia and Tyre Asia, two regional magazines. He was the Chairman of the International Business Communicators group at the Marketing Institute of Singapore. He holds a BA, and a BA (Hons) in Communications Studies from U of Windsor and an MA in Communication Management from Uni S.Australia.
While president of IPRS, he introduced a complete training scheme for PR practitioners who wanted to advance their studies. He ensured that there was training from certificate level, diploma level to basic degree and master levels for all that wanted to study communications and PR. Gregory also introduced the IPRS accreditation scheme to recognize PR practitioners in the industry and to educate the business section of hiring properly trainer PR communications experts.
He is currently running his own business, BSG Communications that provides Strategic Communications consultancy to both Private and Government clients. His clients are mainly international brands and regional companies.
