Hongrui is the Chief Financial Officer of MET Asia Energy. MET Asia Energy focuses on liquefied natural gas trading and investments in renewables, gas and power value chain. Previously, he was the APAC Financial Controller with TotalEnergies Renewables where he led the full spectrum of finance functions in APAC.
 
Hongrui is the committee member of ISCA's Young Professional Advisory Committee. He is also an accounting trainer on renewable energy with ISCA.

Samuel spent the past eight years helping organisations kickstart and advance their corporate sustainability journey. Samuel is presently Vice President, ESG Solutions at UOB, where he partners industry and segment bankers and product partners to build the Bank’s ESG capabilities, and structure credible sustainable financing solutions for clients. He also supports the operationalisation of UOB’s net-zero strategy and decarbonisation initiatives, climate-related disclosures and impact reporting.
 
Prior to UOB, Samuel was a pioneer at EY Singapore’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services, where he played a key role in building and growing the practice. As Managing Consultant, he advised clients on sustainability and decarbonisation strategy development, impact and outcomes measurement, sustainability reporting and more.
 
Samuel graduated Valedictorian of his class with a Master of Science (Environmental Management) from the National University of Singapore and received the Best Dissertation Award for his study on nature-based climate solutions. He has a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is a trained QEHS internal auditor. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant
