Board Mentoring

The ISCA Board mentoring is designed to provide board aspirants with access to experienced Board mentors to learn, network and grow. Through this programme, Board mentees can pick up valuable tips on positioning themselves for board service, leadership management skills, and stakeholder communication, amongst many other areas of expertise which the mentor could offer.

The Board mentor includes a panel of esteemed Chartered Accountants with immense board expertise, led by ISCA Distinguished Lifetime Member, Mr Boon Swan Foo.

Programme Outline

 

Duration and Frequency	The inaugural mentoring session will take place on 24 June 2024. The mentoring sessions are conducted quarterly, with each session lasting around 2 hours and with targeted themes. For future mentoring sessions in Q3 and Q4, please visit Board mentoring webpage here.
Programme Format	Regular get-together sessions will be arranged with knowledge sharing, networking and break-out discussions
