Programme Objective

This workshop focuses on lean thinking principles and the application of these principles in the design, operation and implementation of a firm’s quality management system according to SSQM 1. It takes a practical approach to lead participants through the phases of defining problem statements, generating ideas and potential solutions, and developing action plans that lead to lean auditing.
