Steffi is a Senior Manager in the Hub Services & Connectivity strategy division at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
 
Previously, she held various roles in EDB’s Finance and Risk Assurance division, and was responsible for financial reporting, enterprise risk management, risk controls self-assessment, and grant incentive administration.
 
Steffi is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy). She started her career at a Big4 firm in Singapore and specialized in audits of MNCs in the technology, entertainment & media, and semiconductor industries.

Celia currently heads the Hub Services & Connectivity strategy division at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
 
Prior to this, she was the inaugural Director of the Professional Services Programme Office (PSPO) – an inter-agency office set up by the Ministry of Law (MinLaw), Ministry of Finance, EDB and Monetary Authority of Singapore for the development and promotion of high growth areas intersecting legal, accounting, and financial services.
 
Celia has also held various positions in EDB and MinLaw covering industry development, policy and investment promotion for the professional services and infocomms & media sectors.
 
Celia started her career as a commercial litigation lawyer at a top Singapore law firm after graduating from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree. She is called to the Bar in Singapore and is admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors of England and Wales.
