Yee Loong is currently Professor of Accounting (Practice) at the Singapore Management University. He was formerly Tax Partner in Deloitte & Touche Singapore (1987- 2011). Yee Loong has specialised in taxation since qualifying as an accountant in the UK and has over 30 years of experience in Singapore Taxation and International Tax Planning.
Yee Loong had been nominated on several occasions as one of the top 10 leading Tax Advisers in Singapore by International Tax Review. He was also featured as one of the World’s Leading Tax Advisers in the Legal Media Group 2011 Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisers.
He holds a Master degree in Taxation and Public Finance, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK, a Chartered Tax Advisor of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and an Accredited Tax Advisor.

An accredited tax advisor, Lennon is a tax partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore Pte. Ltd (PwC). He is the Financial Services Tax Leader leading the financial services tax practice in PwC. He specialises in banking and capital markets, treasury management and real estate and hospitality.
With over 25 years of experience in practising tax, Lennon has advised on cross-border tax and regulatory implications arising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, asset securitisation, pre and post IPO and other capital market offerings, leasing arrangement, treasury products and operations, real estate financing and investments, family wealth planning and fund structuring.
He is also a partner supporting the Entrepreneurial and Private Business Group in PwC and personally service a number of Singapore entrepreneurs and business owners (and their next generations). He has been working closely with Singapore Government agencies such as EDB and Enterprise Singapore to support the growth and expansion plans of local enterprises and companies in Singapore.
Since 2008, he manages the China tax practice in PwC. He has advised many inbound and outbound investments involving China.
With his diverse experience across various industries assisting corporations in a wide range of tax matters, Lennon is a sought-after speaker in various industry conferences and seminars organised by financial institutions, business organisations and government agencies. He has also contributed articles and commentaries to various leading publications.
He is currently a director on the board of directors of Tax Academy of Singapore.
Mr Chew Sutat

Mr. Chew retired from Singapore Exchange (SGX) in July 2022. He was senior managing director and a member of SGX’s executive management team for 14 years. As Head of Global Sales and Origination, he managed SGX’s equity and debt capital market teams in developing private-to-public capital raising solutions for companies. He was also responsible for SGX’s international offices and oversaw specialist sales teams in 10 cities. In addition, he chaired SGX’s Bull Charge CSR initiatives for the last decade. Prior to SGX, Mr. Chew held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC Securities and DBS Bank.
Mr Chew founded Shan De Advisors in September 2021. He is Chairman for the Community Chest and a board member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
Mr. Chew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) from Oxford University and holds a Master of Arts degree from Oxford.

Pak Sing is Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing Trade, Connectivity and Business Services.

It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.
The Trade team fosters the growth of Singapore’s trade and strengthens the competitiveness of Singapore’s trade ecosystem. The Connectivity team drives the growth and capability of Singapore’s transport & logistics companies; partnering them in their business transformation, capabilities building and international growth. The Business Services team oversees the growth and capabilities building of Singapore companies in professional services.
Prior to Enterprise Singapore, Pak Sing has served in various other government agencies in his public sector career, including the Economic Development Board, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Manpower and Ministry of Finance. He was also involved in organising the world’s first Youth Olympic Games in Singapore.
Pak Sing obtained a Bachelor in Economics at Stanford University, Masters in Economics at Cambridge University and Masters in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Ms Selena Ling

Selena is the Chief Economist for OCBC Bank. As Head of Treasury Research & Strategy, she leads a research team that is responsible for Treasury market research, forecasts and trading recommendations for the bank, covering fixed income, interest rates, corporate credit, foreign exchange and macroeconomic commentary. Under her leadership, OCBC’s research capabilities have been greatly valued by customers and highly ranked in surveys.
She is a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel for Singapore and Malaysia, as well as a Vice President and council member for the Economic Society of Singapore. She also sits on the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers (IVAS), Singapore, which was set up by the Singapore Accountancy Commission. She was conferred the IBF Fellow Award in Financial Markets in 2017. Her research writings has been extensively quoted and published by prominent media across print, television and radio.
Prior to joining OCBC in August 2000, Selena was with the Fiscal Policy Unit under the Ministry of Finance (MOF), and the Economics Department in the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).
