Mr Tan Wah Yeow

Chairman, Sustainability & Climate Change Committee

Mr Tan Wah Yeow is Singapore’s non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway. He was previously the Deputy Managing Partner of KPMG Singapore and Head of KPMG Asia Pacific Healthcare Practice.

 

Mr Tan sits on the boards of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd (Manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust), Genting Singapore Limited, M1 Limited, M1 Network Private Limited and Housing & Development Board. He is also a member of the Governing Board of Yale-NUS College and an executive committee member of Mainly I Love Kids Fund, as well as serving as an Independent Member of the Investor Committees for Mapletree Europe Income Trust and Mapletree US Income Commercial Trust.

 

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, where he chairs the Sustainability and Climate Change Committee, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr Tan is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Ms Fang Eu-Lin 

Sustainability and Climate Change Leader, PwC Singapore 

Ms Fang Eu-Lin is a partner at PwC Singapore. She leads the Sustainability and Climate Change practice in Singapore which focuses on sustainability reporting and sustainability assurance and advisory. She is also a member of the sustainability reporting committee of ISCA.
 
Ms Fang is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and helps her clients with assurance and advisory related engagements. Her industry area of focus is financial services and government and public services.

Ms Fang sits on the board and audit committee of a non-for-profit and a school and also services on the National Youth Council of Singapore.

 

Dr Lee Hui Mien

Senior Director,  Group Environmental Sustainability, Singapore Telecommunications Limited

 

Dr Lee Hui Mien is the Senior Director for Group Environmental Sustainability for Singtel Group. She is responsible for the environmental sustainability strategy. Hui Mien has sustainability experience spanning from research to retail to development cum conservation sectors in her previous roles. As a trained circular economy professional, she aspires to enable decarbonisation and dematerialisation in the work that she does.

She was the Vice President, Team Lead of Sustainable Solutions at the Mandai Wildlife Reserves Group. Prior, she was Head of Sustainability for IKEA Southeast Asia and she started out her career in A*Star as a Research Scientist working on sustainable manufacturing. In 2019, she was recognised as one of the region’s sustainability inaugural A-listers by Eco-Business.  Hui Mien graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Bachelor of Engineering, EEE and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), EEE before spending her post-doctoral years in Rochester Institute of Technology and Linkoping University specializing in e-waste collection management.

 

Ms Foo Peng Er

Vice President, Group Sustainability, CapitaLand Investment Limited

Work experience includes sustainability management and reporting, environment, health & safety management system, corporate marketing, media and event management, policy formulation and market development. She has been a panelist and speaker at various sustainability related events, speaking on topics ranging from the business case of sustainability, greening existing buildings, gender diversity and parity, to social returns on investments. She works closely with the business units in CapitaLand Investment to implement the CapitaLand 2030 Sustainability Master Plan as well as the CapitaLand Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System which is globally audited externally to ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Peng Er spearheads the publication of the CapitaLand Global Sustainability Report, providing transparency to the group’s environmental, social and governance strategy and performance. She also ensures that it is benchmarked against international standards and frameworks, such as GRI, UNGC, SDG, TCFD, etc. She is a member of the SBTi Expert Advisory Group and Tripartite Oversight Committee (TOC) on Workplace Safety & Health Sub-committee 2. She was formerly a member of the GRESB Asian Benchmark Committee, an elected board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (2010-2021) and the Workplace Safety and Health Council’s Construction & Landscape Committee.

 

Mr David Madon

Director - Sustainability, Policy & Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Madon joined IFAC in 2019, where he is Director - Sustainability, Policy & Regulatory Affairs. His areas of expertise include sustainability/ESG, corporate reporting, financial audit quality/reform, sustainability assurance, ethics, investor protection, financial market regulation, and credit markets.

 

Ms Pamela Fan

Partner, ESG Assurance Leader, KPMG LLP

Pamela has over a decade of experience working with multinational companies and leading audits of internal controls over financial reporting and regulatory compliance for local and multinational companies. Her expereience includes a two-year secondment to KPMG in US where she worked on US GAAP and PCAOB audits and one-year stint at Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), working on the financial reporting surveillance programme. She leads the ESG Assurance in KPMG Singapore.

 

Ms Maria Teo

Associate Director, Sustainability & Climate Change Lead ,

CLA Global TS Risk Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Maria has more than ten years of experience in assurance, compliance and other advisory work. She now specialises in data governance implementation and compliance, over areas such as GDPR and PDPA.

Her clients include listed companies, multinational companies and statutory boards and cover statutory audits and other certification exercises. Her industry experience consists of manufacturing, shipping, trading and retail and she also has experience in initial public offering exercises, financial due diligence and forensic accounting engagements.

 

Mr Lim Ah Cheng

As Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Lim oversees the overall organisation, management, and marketing of the Group. He is responsible for steering the strategic directions and growth of the Group.
Mr Lim has more than 20 years of extensive working experience in project management, commercial management, yards operations and design engineering in the Oil and Gas Industries.

Mr Lim was a Keppel Corporation Scholarship recipient and prior to joining Dyna-Mac, he has held various Senior Management positions in Keppel Offshore and Marine (KOM) group.

Mr Lim obtained his Master of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore, and he is also a member of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore, Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers, Singapore, and Singapore Institute of Directors.

 

Ms Iris Ng

Business Head, Global Enterprise Banking

Global Commercial Banking, OCBC

Iris leads the Middle Market segment covering mid-size corporates across multiple industries. She is particularly passionate about helping innovative and high growth businesses in new industries such as digital economy, urban solutions, lifestyle, advanced manufacturing and improving the financing coverage of such companies in Post-Seed and Growth stages.

Iris is also responsible for driving Sustainable Finance and within Global Commercial Banking and led the development of the OCBC SME Sustainable Finance Framework. The first among Singapore banks, the SME Framework was launched in Singapore in 2020 but has since rolled out regionally to Malaysia and Hong Kong. She continues to develop green solutions in partnership with government agencies and industry players to help SMEs transition to sustainability.

Joined OCBC since 2005, Iris has over 20 years of commercial banking experience in managing SMEs. Her previous experience includes sector coverage in healthcare, education, consumer products, engineering and electronic manufacturing.
