Mr Michal Szczecinski is an experienced data professional and hands-on leader with a passion for building outstanding analytics capabilities that create tangible value. Michal enjoy solving important problems with pragmatic solutions, innovating using leading-edge technology, and building high-performing environments.

In his current role at Google as a Senior Data Scientist, Michal leads technical development initiatives such as creating new data science tools and automating key stages of data science projects. He is also responsible for delivering advanced data science and machine learning solutions to their clients from verticals such as Technology, Retail, Travel, and Finance.

Prior to his current role, he was also Head of Data at GOGOX where he was responsible for creating data infrastructure from scratch and leading all data functions including data science, data engineering, and data analytics.

Adele is a Partner in the EY Singapore FAAS team and has over 15 years’ experience in accounting advisory work, involved in projects which include finance and accounting process gap assessment and implementation (which includes identification of finance automation and digital opportunities and implementation) as well as accounting and finance streamlining and integration of companies’ accounting standards, processes, and policies.
 
 
Mr Lim Tze Chern,
Executive Director (Finance Transformation), Nomura Singapore Limited
 
Tze Chern is currently the Regional Head of Finance Transformation and Change Management in Nomura Singapore. In his current role, he is responsible for managing projects as well as using technology to help transform the global finance function. Prior to that, TC was the regional co-head of Asia Ex-Japan Product Control.
 
Tze Chern has over 15 years of experience in financial services and has worked in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his banking career in Citigroup, and has since worked for Credit Suisse, HSBC and finally, Nomura. He has experience in different areas of banking such as investment banking and consumer banking, as well as different functions (credit risk management, operations and finance). 
 
Tze Chern has an Honours degree in Economics (NUS) and MBA (London Business School). He is also a CFA charter holder and a qualified accountant with ACCA and ISCA.

A visionary in Digital Transformation with proven results in providing accurate financial and operational insights and improving the overall performance of an organization through advance analytic, process improvement, effective risk management, data-driven customer engagement and new digital business models. Assumed different roles as Director, Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Head of Leasing and Supply Chain.  In his current capacity as the CFO of YCH Group Pte Ltd, he manages the full spectrum of financial management, including group strategic financial planning and analysis, devising regional business and financial strategies, driving internal controls and compliance, as well as budgeting and treasury management. Previously held senior financial and management positions in companies such as HNA Capital (Beijing) and Robinson & Company (Singapore) Private Limited
