Mr Mohamed Nasser Ismail is Executive Director, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at SGX. Prior to assuming his present responsibilities in 2014, Mr Nasser headed various legal and regulatory roles in SGX. His duties include regular liaison with regulators and representing SGX’s interests in the development and implementation of listing and other regulatory initiatives. Prior to joining SGX in 2005, Mr Nasser was a State Counsel with the Attorney General’s Chambers.

In his current role, Mr Nasser is responsible for marketing and developing SGX’s Mainboard and Catalist platforms. His responsibilities include the development of initiatives to provide greater fund-raising services for companies. Mr Nasser is also responsible for driving policy and platform initiatives related to the capital markets.

Mr Nasser is a Board member of Enterprise Singapore and also an Advisory Committee Member of the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”). He also serves on the boards of Capbridge and 1X, a private market platform co-founded by SGX as well as Action Community for Entrepreneurship (“ACE”).

Rebekah is the Chairperson of ISCA Corporate Finance Committee. She is a Partner within PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore capital markets division, specialising in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, bond offerings and other capital market transactions as well as the audit of listed companies and private equity portfolio companies. She has led some of the firm's major capital markets transactions. In these transactions, she project leads the accounting work streams to ensure milestones are met and applicable regulations are complied with as well as liaising with the investment banks and law firms on financial information disclosure requirements.

Leonard specialises in capital markets and corporate regulatory and compliance work. His areas of practice include advising on initial public offerings and listings on the Singapore Exchange and follow-on equity capital fundraising exercises such as rights issues, preferential offerings and placements, as well as general corporate regulatory and compliance matters for Singapore listed companies. Leonard has been recognised as a leading capital markets lawyer in Singapore by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global since 2009. She has been with the firm for over 16 years, having worked in Singapore and Hong Kong, and has served clients in various industries such as retail and consumer products and services, technology, healthcare, government and public sector and real estate. She also leads and manages capital market transactions such as initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and substantial acquisitions.

Sharon is a member of the ISCA Corporate Finance Committee. She is a board member and also the Vice Chairperson of the Finance and Investment Committee of the Young Women’s Christian Association Singapore.

Chyan Pit is a Managing Director within DBS Capital Markets Department. He first joined DBS in 1995. During his more than 25 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience with the Bank, he was responsible for the successful completion of numerous corporate finance and capital market transactions for regional and multinational companies, real estate investment trusts and business trusts. These transactions include different types of equity fund raising exercises such as initial public offerings ('IPOs), rights issues and private placements. Chyan Pit played an instrumental role in many of the landmark transactions in Singapore, including the IPOs of GHY Culture & Media, Sasseur REIT, Hutchison Port Holdings Trust, IHH Healthcare, Global Logistic Properties and CapitaMalls Asia.
 
Chyan Pit has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Microbiology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in USA.
