Programme Objective
Looking to improve your financial modelling skills?
Are you frustrated with the non-stop last-minute requests for changes, information and reports?
Do you then want to learn how to effectively value-add your financial models?
As business environment gets tough, business leaders demand even quicker analysis and recommendations from finance leaders in supporting their decision-making. However, most accountants or finance managers are too focused on day-to-day statutory compliance needs and have not spent enough time sharpening their Excel skills and understanding business needs to effectively support the making of important business decisions. This becomes a frustrating factor for both decision makers as well as the accountants themselves.
This hands-on course aims to equip you with the necessary Excel skills in building 4 financial models that are commonly required in most businesses, allowing you to effectively present, discuss and support your management with useful, interactive and quick what-if analysis during meetings and discussions.
