Ms Euleen Goh
Ms Euleen Goh is Non-Executive Chairman of SATS Ltd and the Singapore Institute of Management, and a Trustee of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs Endowment Fund. She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and a member of the Public Service Commission.
Ms Goh held various senior management positions in Standard Chartered Bank, travelling widely throughout the Group’s operations. Since retirement, she has held non-executive appointments on various boards including DBS Group Holdings Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore Airlines, Aviva plc, Singapore Exchange, CapitaLand, Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd, MediaCorp, Standard Chartered Bank Thai and Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia. She is the former Deputy Chairman of Shell plc, former Chairman of Singapore International Foundation, International Enterprise Singapore and Accounting Standards Council, Singapore, DBS Foundation Ltd as well as a former board member of Temasek Trustees Pte Ltd and the Future Economy Council.
Ms Goh was awarded a Public Service Medal in 2005 and a Public Service Star in 2012
Prof Neo Boon Siong
Non Executive Director
Dr Neo Boon Siong retired from NTU as the Canon Chair Professor and Dean of the Nanyang Business School. He currently serves as Director of Chip Eng Seng Ltd, St Luke’s Eldercare Ltd, Wealth Management Institute Ltd and The Singapore Navigators. He has previously served as Chairman of k1 Ventures Ltd, and Directors on the Boards of OCBC Bank, Great Eastern Holdings, OUE Hospitality REIT, Keppel, Offshore and Marine, Keppel T&T, and National Computer Systems. He has provided executive development programs and consulting services to many corporations and government agencies in Singapore and other countries.
Mr. Tan Chong Huat
Mr. Tan Chong Huat , is the Senior Partner and one of the founding members of RHTLaw Asia LLP, a leading full-services legal practice with an Asia Pacific presence. Chong Huat is the Executive Chairman of RHT Group of Companies which is involved in sectors such as fintech, wealthtech, fund, assets and wealth management, Web3 and digital technology.
Chong Huat is a trusted go-to expert for regulatory issues, complex financing (corporate finance and project finance) transactions, deals structuring, funding and matching, corporate governance and board matters, and reputational management matters for corporate leaders and major corporates in the region and internationally. He has been named frequently a leading practitioner in many reputable professional publications, including IFLR1000 and Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
He has successfully invested in start-ups, SMEs, and listed companies. Notably, he is knowledgeable and passionate in blockchain, distributed ledger and related technologies, and cryptocurrencies having invested into 2 exchanges which apply the DLT technology and a Web3 blockchain ecosystem platform.
Chong Huat was the deputy chairman of the SGX disciplinary committee and was a member of the SGX Appeals Committee. He was a member of the first corporate governance council set up by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Chong Huat was involved in the regulatory applications, formation and operational set up of numerous leading financial institutions including the Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China, a subsidiary of the People’s Bank of China.
He is also active in public service and charity work. He is the chairman of the National Council Against Drug Abuse. He is the President of the Singapore Golf Association and also the Chairman of the ASEAN Golf Federation.
Chong Huat taught at the Law Faculty, National University of Singapore (AY 2007–2013), Business School, National University of Singapore (AY 2008/2009), Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (AY 2008– 2012) and various other universities in Asia. Besides authoring two leading literature on PRC Investment laws, he has co-authored leading titles on Corporate Governance, and Corporate Finance Law.
Chong Huat obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law at the National University of Singapore and a LLM from the University of London . He has attended Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, MIT and UPENN programs on Circular Economy, BlockChain Program, Managing Professional Services Firm, Negotiation, How to Build a Unicorn, and Digital Transformation respectively.
Mr Philip Tan Eng Seong
Chairman, Yellow Ribbon Singapore
Mr Tan has more than 30 years of audit and financial advisory services experience, and is the Chairman of the board of directors at Yellow Ribbon Singapore (YRSG), which helps ex-offenders and their families. Mr Tan is also a director at EQ Insurance Company Limited.
Mr Tan was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served in various social service and community roles, including Vice President of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Chairman of the Community Chest and Mount Alvernia Hospital, and Audit Committee Chair for the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd.
Mr Tan was awarded the Public Service Star (Bar) by the Singapore Government during the National Day Awards in 2007.
Mr Patrick Nathan
Chief Communications Officer/ Chief Risk Officer, SG Courts (the Singapore Judiciary)
Patrick completed his service with the Singapore Armed Forces as a Colonel. He worked at the Prime Minister’s Office for seven years and was instrumental in setting up the National Security Coordination Centre. He was its first Deputy Director for Strategic Policy Development. He subsequently launched and managed the Government’s Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning programme.
In the private sector, Patrick was Director for Security and Emergency Planning and Vice President of Corporate Communications at a major public transport operator. He moved on to Deloitte’s Risk Advisory Service where he was a Senior Advisor in Risk Sensing, Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management, Crisis Communications, Business Continuity Management and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
