This course aims to provide insights into the procurement fraud cases resulting from breaches of personal integrity and procurement ethics for personal gains.  Participants will learn to identify red flags to prevent and detect potential fraud. With extensive international experience in countries like Germany, Portugal, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, Rick brings a wealth of cross-cultural training expertise.

Rick developed an electronic procurement system for A*Star, enhancing efficiency and driving digital transformation. This resulted in substantial cost savings and sustainable procurement practices.
