Current practice lacks a clear definition of corporate growth, despite its critical role in achieving and sustaining long-term success in the corporate and global arena.
This course aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of corporate growth, with a focus on how sales, earnings, and total assets and cashflow sustainability underpins this growth. Participants will learn to navigate organic and non-organic growth strategies, using management models to address challenges. - Explain the key drivers of corporate growth, including sales, earnings, total assets, and the role of cashflow sustainability;
