This course aims to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and SME owners with beginner-friendly tools to assess market demand, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Through practical exercises and real-life case study of Locker & Lock, a Singapore SME that successfully validated and scaled a niche B2B product, participants will learnto test, refine, and pursue opportunities while managing the business risks.
