Mr Boon is the Executive Director and Chairman of Singapore Consortium Investment Management Limited (SICIM).
Mr Boon is also the Chairman and non-executive Director of Global Investments Limited, a mutual fund company listed on SGX-ST.
Mr Boon has sat on many different boards spanning different industries, across different countries throughout his career. He also sat on advisory boards, both locally and internationally.
His latest position is Senior Advisor to Temasek International, an appointment which spanned over some 15 years (Temasek Holdings as well).
Mr Boon served as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of ST Engineering Ltd from October 1997 to May 2001, and was the Managing Director of Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) from January 2002 to January 2006. He also served concurrently as Executive Chairman of Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd, the commercial arm of A*STAR, from August 2001 to December 2009. For his stewardship of ST Engineering Ltd, Mr Boon was awarded one of Singapore’s most prestigious business awards, the Singapore Business Award for Outstanding CEO in 2000. Mr Boon was also Chairman of ST Asset Management Ltd. (“STAM”) from April 2010 to December 2011.
Mr Boon graduated from Newcastle upon Tyne with a degree in Naval Architecture. Mr Boon is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (UK)-ACCA. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and has completed Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.
Ms Euleen Goh
Ms Euleen Goh is the Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Management Group Ltd, a non-profit institution of higher learning with some 16,000 learners. Euleen also serves as non-executive and independent director of Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd., an industrial enterprise that spans engineering, manufacturing, mining and distribution activities. She is a member of the Council of Board Diversity and the Public Service Commission.
Euleen was formerly Non-Executive Chairman of SATS Ltd, a leading provider of Food Solutions and Gateway Services in Asia Pacific. During her tenure, she led the company to a transformational acquisition that has positioned SATS as the largest air cargo handler globally.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, she also holds further professional qualifications in banking and taxation. Euleen is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mrs. Fang Ai Lian
Mrs. Fang Ai Lian is an Independent Director of Cromwell EREIT Management Pte Ltd and Singapore Post Limited. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Business Federation and Medishield Life Council, and a member of the SGX Listings Advisory Committee.
Mrs. Fang was previously advisor to Far East Organization Group, a member of the Singapore University of Technology and Design’s Board of Trustees, and a director of Metro Holdings Limited, Banyan Tree Holdings Limited, Singapore Telecommunications Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. Mrs. Fang also served as the Chairperson of Great Eastern Holdings Limited and its insurance subsidiaries until her retirement.
