Aznan Abu Bakar is a process expert of SP’s Humanity Centered Innovation and has more than twenty years of local and international experience managing user experience projects for both public and commercial organizations. Some of these projects include the identification of new market potential for postal services in Indonesia, the enlargement of staff engagement in improvements in customer service and operational efficiency in 4 real estate companies and more recently the remapping of service delivery of a healthcare agent by identifying the untapped potential of staff efficiency through digitalization and leveraging on the digital opportunities available to enhance their users’ experiences. Aznan was a Singapore International Chamber of Commerce International Scholar and a Dalhousie University Graduate Scholar and holds Honours Bachelor Degree in Comparative Development Studies & Economics, a Master in Development Economics and Master in Education. His academic prizes include the MOE Humanities Award, the Trent University Lightbody Prize and Maurice Boote Prize for Economics. His publications include topics in Trade Bloc Economics and the role of TVET education.
