Programme Objective

This workshop is designed for all Finance and Accounting professionals who want to learn concepts of Data Visualization and to use Power BI at an advanced level and implement the same in their respective work areas.

The program will enable participants to learn important features of Power BI to prepare and present insightful reports for management using complex calculations, presentations and visualization techniques. These set of services are used by business users to present data and create interactive reports for senior management. 

The trainer will work with the participants on humungous data sets and multiple assignments to enable the participants’ understanding of the complex functions and visualizations with examples of practical business problems and optimum approach to its solutions.

  • Advanced reporting functions
    • Mastering multiple DAX functions
    • Creating complex nested formulas
    • Creating calculated measures for use in monthly management reports
  • Advanced visual presentations for Board members as part of management reports
    • Mastering presentation techniques for Senior Leadership Teams
    • Creating visual impactful charts
    • Creating insightful visualizations
  • Moving from fast paced analysis to game changing dashboards
    • Creating complex and customized reporting solutions
    • Inbuilt visually represented data
    • Creating interactive reports
    • Use of drill down and dropdown features to customize reports
  • Generate insights and make informed decisions
    • Deriving insights using statistical analysis
    • Analyzing key performance indicators
  • Use and application of Power pivots to derive insights from multiple distinguished sources
    • Using Advanced features for pivot reporting

  • Trainings will be conducted on Zoom platform, thus video camera and microphone are compulsory
  • Mandatory for video camera to be turned on throughout the course
