It aims to better meet the needs of charity sector and its stakeholders. This latest initiative is also part of a larger effort by the Office of the Commissioner of Charities to improve governance and enhance public confidence in the charity sector.

An Intermediate level programme intended for Practicing Accountants as well as Audit and Accounting professionals who are keen to learn about the simplified new Charities Accounting Standard (CAS).

NTUC members enjoy 50% *unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees, for courses attended between 08 April 2026 and 31 March 2027. *This excludes miscellaneous fees such as GST and registration fee etc. This course is approved for UTAP support for intakes conducted between 08 April 2026 – 31 March 2027. As UTAP is given on calendar year basis, and calculated based on year of training taken, it cannot be accumulated.
