Programme Objective

To discuss and illustrate the issues related to the preparation and presentation of consolidated financial statements (consolidated statement of financial position and consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income) in the Singapore context for groups with subsidiaries and associates.

This one-day course will cover all the basic consolidation adjustments involving subsidiaries and associates and is very much hands-on. After this one-day course, participants should be able to prepare the consolidated financial statements.
